We have been selling tickets for our event for more than 6 months and clearly communicated well in advance that sales would end on August 1st. We have now closed ticket sales and have provided the venues with our final numbers.

• We don’t have a waiting list
• We don’t act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers.

Search for the email from Inchecksysteem with the PDF. Your official ticket contains:

• QR code
• the name of your package (Iconic, Great, Super, Middle or Gala)
• Your name.

Can’t find it? Did you personalize your ticket? If not: do so by clicking the link in the email from Inchecksysteem

For our Thursday and Friday meetings, we initially requested that attendees register in advance to help us gauge interest and manage capacity, catering, and safety. However, following the advice of the RTI board, we have decided to discontinue the ticket system for these two meetings. So you don’t need a ticket!

If you’ve personalized your ticket but need to undo it (whether due to a mistake or because you want to give it to someone else) please send an email to info@inchecksysteem.nl. Be sure to use the email address associated with the ticket and include the ticket code in your message.

What happens next?
You get an email with a link to personalize your tickets and fill in the email address for the new ticket owner.

It’s not possible to come with 2 people on 1 ticket (for example: 1 on Thursday and 1 on Friday). At first check-in you will get a wristband that is not transferable.
